Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST may be processed the following business day.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery speed.

Tracking Your Order

Common Tracking Issues
- No Movement: Sometimes tracking won't update for 24-48 hours after the label is created.
- Stuck in Pre-Transit: This usually means the package has been picked up but not scanned into the carrier's system yet.
- Delivered but Not Received: Check with neighbors and around your delivery area before contacting us.
